10-day exchange and returns
Under the Law on Consumer Rights Protection, goods of proper quality can be exchanged or returned within 10 days of purchase (or delivery).
Conditions
- The item hasn't been worn or washed and carries no odours;
- tags, seals and packaging are intact;
- you have the receipt or order number (AX-…).
Non-returnable items
Socks and underwear (hygiene rules), and items altered at your request (such as hemmed trousers), unless they have a manufacturing fault.
How to return
1) Bring it to the store at Chilonzor 6-63, Bunyodkor shopping centre, 24/7. 2) Or request a return under My orders or in the chat and a courier will collect it.
Refunds
Cash: immediately in store. Card: within 10 days (banks usually return it in 1–3 working days). If you prefer, take the amount instantly as cashback.
Faulty items
If an item is faulty we'll replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the delivery costs.
