Public offer

1. General

1.1. This document is a public offer for the distance sale of goods through the allmax.uz online store under Articles 367–369 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law on Electronic Commerce (ZRU-792) and the Law on Consumer Rights Protection.

1.2. By placing an order and pressing "Confirm order", the Buyer fully and unconditionally accepts these terms. From that moment a contract of sale between the Seller and the Buyer is concluded.

1.3. The Seller may change these terms unilaterally. A new version takes effect when published on the site and applies to orders placed afterwards. Each order records the version of the offer it accepted.

2. Ordering

2.1. The Buyer orders on the site, through Telegram or by phone, giving a name, phone number and delivery address, and is responsible for their accuracy.

2.2. The Seller confirms the order by SMS or phone call. If an item is out of stock, the Seller informs the Buyer and offers an alternative or refunds the amount paid.

3. Prices and payment

3.1. Prices are shown on the site in so'm including VAT. The price at the time of ordering does not change.

3.2. Payment methods: Click, Payme, Uzum Bank, Uzum Nasiya (instalments), and cash or card on delivery. Payment on delivery is available for orders up to 3,000,000 so'm.

3.3. An electronic fiscal receipt is issued for every payment as required by law.

4. Delivery

4.1. Delivery covers the territory of Uzbekistan: Yandex Delivery within Tashkent and BTS Express to the regions. Prices and times are shown on the Delivery page and at checkout; orders over 500,000 so'm ship free (express excluded).

4.2. Orders can be collected from the store (Chilonzor 6-63, Bunyodkor shopping centre) 24/7; they are ready in 30 minutes and held for 3 days.

4.3. Risk of accidental loss passes to the Buyer on handover. The Buyer checks the quantity, appearance and completeness of the goods on receipt.

5. Returns and exchanges

5.1. Under the Law on Consumer Rights Protection, the Buyer may exchange or return goods of proper quality within 10 days of purchase if they are unused and their condition, tags and proof of purchase are intact.

5.2. For hygiene reasons, socks and underwear cannot be returned, nor can goods altered at the Buyer's request (such as hemmed trousers).

5.3. If goods are faulty, the Buyer has the rights provided by law: replacement, a price reduction, repair or a refund. The Seller bears the cost of re-delivery.

5.4. Refunds are made by the original payment method within 10 days of accepting the request.

6. Personal data

6.1. By ordering, the Buyer consents to the processing of personal data to fulfil the order under the Law on Personal Data (ZRU-547). Data is stored on servers in Uzbekistan. See the Privacy policy for details.

7. Liability and disputes

7.1. The parties are liable for failure to perform their obligations under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

7.2. Disputes are settled by negotiation. Claims are accepted at info@allmax.uz or +998 78 555 31 31 and reviewed within 10 days. Failing agreement, disputes go to the court at the Seller's location.

8. Final provisions

8.1. This offer is valid indefinitely. Version: 1.
