Privacy policy

This policy explains how Allmax LLC processes personal data collected through the allmax.uz website, Telegram bot and store, under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Personal Data (ZRU-547).

1. What we collect

• Name, phone number and email (if given);
• delivery address and landmark;
• order history, wishlist and cashback balance;
• if you sign in with Telegram: your Telegram ID, username and photo;
• technical data: IP address, browser type and page visits (anonymous statistics).

We never store card details; payments happen on the secure pages of Click, Payme and Uzum.

2. Why

To take and deliver orders, accept payment and issue fiscal receipts, send SMS or Telegram order updates, calculate cashback, answer support chats and improve the site. Marketing messages are sent only with your separate consent.

3. Sharing

We share only what's needed to fulfil an order: with delivery services (Yandex Delivery, BTS Express), payment systems (Click, Payme, Uzum) and our SMS provider. We never sell data.

4. Storage

As required by law, personal data of Uzbek citizens is stored on servers in the Republic of Uzbekistan and the database is registered in the State Register of Personal Data Bases. Order records are kept for 5 years for accounting purposes.

5. Your rights

You can ask what data we hold, correct it, withdraw consent and have your account deleted. Email info@allmax.uz and we'll reply within 10 days.

6. Cookies

The site uses essential cookies for the cart, language and session. We don't use tracking advertising cookies.
