How to measure

You need a soft tape and five minutes. Measure standing, in underwear.

Chest: under the arms, at the fullest part.
Waist: at your belt line.
Hips: at the fullest part of the seat.
Neck: at the base, with a finger's room.
Sleeve: from the shoulder seam to the wrist.
Foot: in the evening, heel to longest toe.
